Water is necessary for every biological process in the human body.  For easy absorption, experts suggest drinking pure room temperature water versus cold water.

We exhale water by our breath and respiration while we sleep. Dehydration can lead to thickening of our blood.  Drinking water in the morning promotes circulation and lessens the strain on the heart. 

I generally drink two 8-ounce glasses of room temperature water to start my day. To balance fluids and rehydrate, I also mix a packet of powdered electrolytes (potassium, sodium, and magnesium) with my water.

Bottle Water and Microplastics

I avoid consuming water from plastic containers.  Harmful microplastics and chemicals leech into the water, entering our bloodstream and cells.   If the plastic container is exposed to heat during shipping, leeching increases.
